1:1 Service Ratio: With 20 crew members for our 20 guests, we offer a highly personalized service for their every need, while also making sure to respect boundaries.
Dedicated Butler Service: We provide two exclusive butlers for the suites to help with luggage (unpacking and packing), Jacuzzi preparation, minibar customization, and room service.
World-Class Gastronomy: Our menu is prepared by an Ecuadorian chef with a Michelin-star and Relais & Châteaux background. Guests will also enjoy private tables and two dining concepts—Paradiso (fine dining) and Sole e Luna (al fresco). For those who prefer privacy, Room Service is available.
Wellness & Spa: A spa and a hammam with ocean views for relaxation after a day of hikes and excursions.
Privacy & Comfort in the Suites: All suites feature a private balcony, an indoor ocean-view Jacuzzi, and complete bath amenities. King/Twin Suites offer spacious 35 m² areas, Single Suites feature 22 m², and the exclusive Owner's Suite boasts 70 m² with a double Jacuzzi.
Exclusive Expeditions: Two naturalist guides for every 10 guests, for an intimate experience during hikes, kayaking, paddleboarding, or snorkeling.

Rates Include:

Experience: Signature Menu by a renowned chef, library use, and hammam use.
Beverages: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the signature menu.
Accommodation: Stay in a double suite or single stateroom.
Premium Service: Butler service, unpacking service, minibar, and satellite internet.
Laundry Service: 5 items on 5- to 8-day cruises, while 10 items on 9-day cruises or longer.
Expeditions & Activities: All activities and excursions as described in itineraries with a bilingual naturalist guide. Wetsuit & snorkeling equipment, stand-up paddleboard, kayak, and walking sticks.
Exclusive Airport Perks: National Park Entrance Fee & Transit Control Card, access to Galapagos Airport VIP Lounge, and airport assistance for Galapagos flights on cruise departure days (ONLY if flights are bought through us and for the same cruise dates).
